The Tasting Notes
Chevalier Alexis Lichine Merlot wine, Soil Clay-calcareous and pebbly., The grape variety is 100 % Merlot. The grapes are picked and crushed—fermentation up to 12 days at low temperature to preserve the rich taste and tasting notes. The colour is an intense garnet red. Bouquet An expressive aroma of red berry notes, like cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant.
Alexis Lichine Sauvignon blanc, Grape variety 100 % Sauvignon blanc., Vinification The grapes are picked when ideally grown and then pressed at room temperature. Fermentation is also carried out at low temperatures (17 – 19°C). Colour A clear, very pale yellow with subtle green tints. Bouquet A very expressive nose with notes of orchard flowers, pineapple and even exotic fruits.

Where we deliver and how much it costs
Delivery to the UK mainland is next day providing we receive the order before 1 pm. The delivery charge is £7.00 per delivery. We also deliver to: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the delivery cost is £12.00 per delivery; Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the rest of Europe, the delivery cost is £25.00 per delivery. All UK deliveries are sent with tracking information to allow you to track your order from the day it is posted to when it appears at the recipient’s front door.
Cut-off time for next day delivery
Orders received before 1 pm are dispatched for next working day delivery. Please ensure that you give us the correct address and full postcode where a recipient will be able to accept a package, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels not delivered or collected due to incorrect delivery information or if the recipient is away at the time. Please note that if an order is returned to us as a result of the recipient not being able to take delivery for any reason, we may need to charge an additional delivery charge to re-deliver. It is also useful if you can provide us with a contact telephone number for the recipient so we can contact them if necessary – you will be asked for this when you enter the delivery details during the checkout process. If you are not sure if a recipient will be at home, we recommend delivery to a work address where possible.
